Hello! I'm Aryaman

 

I am a third year law student at OP Jindal Global University where I am exploring my interest in different fields of law and have been primarily attracted towards the confluence of business and law. I am also enrolled as a student at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and am preparing for the executive level of the programme. I have prior experience of legal research and legal drafting as I have interned with several professors, research centres and a law firm where I had the opportunity to explore a plethora of fields like taxation law, company law, constitutional law, criminal law, civil law and gender rights. These internship opportunities gave me the knowledge to publish an article which talked about the legal situation of climate migrants and I am currently working on other publications as well.

I also participated in 1st British High Commission Moot Court Competition where I stood as the quarterfinalist and explored the criminal and civil laws and procedures of India as well as the remedies available to non-citizens under the laws of our country.

Previously during my time at Delhi Public School, Noida I was the President of the Model UN Club and have also developed an interest in public speaking, international relations and politics. My current and past educational and extra-curricular experiences have enabled me to develop and enhance my transferable skills such as communication and research, which I believe are crucial within the legal industry.

I am currently seeking for some legal work experience opportunities as an intern and I wish to explore the field of corporate law in order to gain more knowledge about the same.
